April 2010 News and Events
Celebrate Earth Day with Second Chances Wally is green and so are we! By reusing and recycling your clothing, Second Chances diverts more than 75,000 pounds of apparel from landfill each year. We recycle all plastic and paper bags from donations, and most clothing that is not in wearable condition is processed for post-consumer uses like futon stuffing and car mats. Help us help the environment and others in our community by donating clothing or sponsoring a clothing drive: April Public Clothing Drive (South Station area, Boston) Celebrate Earth Day, tax day and the arrival of spring by donating clothing, shoes and accessories at The NonProfit Center's public clothing drive.
